The Greenwich Hospital online gift shop is a secure web site for purchasing gifts to be delivered to patients currently in the hospital.
Ordering Information
- All online sales are final. We do not permit returns, refunds or exchanges.
- Please verify that the patient has not been discharged from the hospital and then proceed with your purchases.
- We will verify that a patient is in the hospital before processing your order. If a patient has been discharged, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail.
- Purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the web site; however, the subsequent handling, processing and delivery of your order will be limited to the restricted hours that the volunteer staff works in the store. For example, with few staff working on Sundays, we are unable to make delivery to patients’ rooms on that day. See the In-Hospital Delivery Hours.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
- Balloon designs shown reflect a general idea of the balloon but may differ from the actual image. The message on the balloon will match the theme of the message you indicate (Get Well, etc.)
- Floral arrangements are shown in several price ranges and offer a general idea of what an arrangement may look like for that price. The specific arrangements may vary according to seasons.
- Baby pillows special ordered with monogramming must be picked up at the Greenwich Hospital Gift Shop two weeks after the order has been placed. Call to confirm that the order is ready.
Delivery Information
- Gift deliveries are only for patients currently in the hospital.
- Deliveries are made by our volunteer staff and there is no service charge.
- You do not need to know the patient’s room number to order online.
- We will attempt delivery of a gift at the earliest convenience.
- If the patient has been discharged after you have made your online purchase we will notify you and credit your account.
- Consult the posted In-Hospital Delivery Hours. Orders received after 3pm will be delivered the next day, except for Sunday when there is no delivery service.
- We are closed on major holidays.
The Greenwich Hospital Gift Shop is owned and operated by Greenwich Hospital Auxiliary, a not-for-profit organization. All proceeds are donated to the hospital.
